I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed! Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your services depending on the time available.
